This training was designed to provide a brief introduction to CNC machines, including elements of CNC Machines, types of movement, security, G-Code, 2D and 3D design, simulation, multi-tool program, and a lot of practices. The main goal of this class is to increase the employment, bring a practical guide on how production process goes with CNC Machines, from idea to the final result. Also, there will be a lot of principles and practical projects during this class.
At the end of this class, the students will be able to understand a problem, split it into parts, design 2D and 3D programs, write and understand G-code, simulate and implement it in CNC Machine. Additionally, they will think different on the general organization of production factories and management. Each hour, from the very start, will focus on engaging the participants as much as possible by inviting them to ask questions and be curious. In the beginning, analogies of a real-life production system and problems will be used to give them a proper understanding of how we use CNC Machines in the real world. After getting some basics, they will be presented with exercises and practical projects.
